Paul Brooke is a third-generation custom home builder proudly serving Southern Maryland, with deep roots in the community he calls home. Raised locally and a graduate of Northern High School, Paul began working in residential construction at a young age alongside his father and uncle, learning the building trade from the ground up.

Since 2004, Paul has personally supervised, contracted, and built hundreds of custom homes throughout Southern Maryland, including Calvert County, St. Mary’s County, and Charles County. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship have earned Brooke Built Homes a trusted reputation for delivering high-quality new construction homes built to last.

 As both a seasoned builder and a licensed Maryland real estate professional, Paul offers clients a comprehensive, start-to-finish homebuilding experience. His expertise spans:
